RAY HUSHPUPPI TELLS PHYNO: I WILL GIVE YOU N5 MILLION IF YOUR HOUSE CAN BUY MY SHOE

Nigerians big boy hush puppi took a blast at afro pop  top selling artist Phyno automatic implying he aint worth shit, which i have to disagree cause we can tell phyno is a Nigerian artist who is very successful well this is what happened.

So, it all started when Hushpuppi shaded Phyno and Iceprince by claiming they were both wearing fake Patek Phillip wristwatches.

That didn’t sit well with Phyno who blasted Hushpuppi by claiming he’s not the type that brags on social media, unlike hushpuppi who rushes to the new media to showcase any little achievement. In the rapper’s post, he made mention of how he built a house for his mum without bragging about it. Now,
Hushpuppi wants a picture of the house to see if it costs as much as his shoes, lol.

LEBRON JAMES SAYS STEPH CURRY NEW DEAL SHOULD BE WORTH $400M

Stephen Curry reportedly agreed to a $201 million contract, the largest in NBA history. But if you ask LeBron James, Curry should be making twice as much.

After a San Francisco Chronicle reporter noted that the value of the Golden State Warriors had jump more than 450% in seven years, from $450 million in 2010 to $2.6 billion this year, James used that as an opportunity to rip the NBA's salary cap.

In commenting on the tweet, James rhetorically asked why the NBA even has a salary cap and said Curry's new contract should be twice as big, or about $80 million per year.
Here is a look at what Ann Killion was referring to. The value of all NBA teams is skyrocketing, but the Warriors have continued to go up even when most other teams have slowed down in recent years.
And the value of the Warriors should go up even more when they move into their new arena in San Francisco for the 2019-20 season.
The critic will note that the collective bargaining agreement already guarantees that the players are to receive 51% of the league's basketball-related revenue. But as James is pointing out, annual revenue is not the only money the owners are making.
While owners are not necessarily seeing immediate returns on the increase in franchise values, there is a lot of money being accrued for the owners in terms of long-term investment in the league that will eventually be cashed in when the individual owners decide to sell their franchises.
This criticism by James is a nice compliment for Curry, but it is also telling for James' own future in the league.
LeBron has famously taken discounts on his contracts throughout his career and only recently became the highest-paid player in the NBA. But as Brian Windhorst recently noted on ESPN, "[LeBron] is done taking discounts."

STEPH CURRY JUST SIGNS THE RICHEST NBA CONTRACT IN HISTORY

For  a few years running now, Steph Curry had been considered one of the best NBA players with an absolute bargain for the Golden State Warriors. He's won two MVP awards and is a two-time NBA champion – a key piece to the success story of the Golden State Warriors
Curry just signed a five-year, $201 million deal to stay with the Warriors. It's the largest contract in NBA history and the first time a player has signed a "supermax" deal. He will average $40.2 million over each of the next 5 seasons. This deal makes Curry the first NBA player to earn an average annual salary over $40 million. For perspective on what a bargain he had been, over the last four seasons, The Warriors paid Curry a TOTAL of $44 million.
Side note. For the 1997-98 season, Michael Jordan was paid $33 million. After adjusting for inflation, that's equal to a player making around $50 million today.
After a few injury-plagued seasons to start his career, Curry signed a four-year, $44 million deal. It became a huge steal for the Warriors – Curry's modest salary allowed the team to make moves by bringing in solid veteran pieces. Or, as was the case last summer, the Warriors had enough cap space to bring in Kevin Durant, one of the top players in the league.
Curry is entering his eighth season in the NBA, which means he's one of only a handful of players eligible for the Designated Player Extension (DPE). While the DPE seems to have actually hurt a few teams, it worked out just fine for Curry and the Warriors. He could have signed a five-year deal up to $205 million but will be giving the Warriors a very slight bargain with this deal.
The four-time All-Star is only 29 years old and already ranks 10th all-time in made three-pointers. He's knocked down 1,917 for his career and has led the league in threes for five straight seasons.
Most importantly for Warriors fans, he'll be a fixture in the Bay Area for years to come.

BIRDMAN SET TO SELL HIS MIAMI MANSION FOR $20M

co-founder of Cash Money Records Birdman aka Baby, has put his Miami mansion out on the market for $20 million.
I gotta tell you for that amount the house comes with a bunch of amenties including 100 feet of ocean frontage, a dock big enough for a 100-foot yacht, a movie theatre, volleyball court, chef's kitchen, pool, and two wine cellars. It also has two garages big enough to hold six cars.
Birdman bought the house in 2012 for $14.5 million. The 19,000 square foot mansion is located on Palm Island and has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Birdman founded Cash Money Records with his brother Ronald "Slim" Williams in 1989. Birdman went multi-platinum as both an artist and a producer, helping craft albums for many huge artists including Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake.
The 48-year-old record producer is unloading his Miami pad because he is tired of having such an enormous house, according to the listing agent. He is reportedly looking for a smaller house in the same area.
Birdman is involved in a lengthy, ongoing lawsuit from Lil Wayne over the delay in release of his album Tha Carter V. The case has been going on since December 2014.
Birdman made the 2017 list of the richest hip-hop artists. His net worth of $180 million made him the fourth-richest hip-hop artist.
