Chris Brown 's probation
has been revoked in the
Rihanna case,This is taken longer than usual and if there is someone to blame it Chris brown himself.
The singer went to a
hearing for his probation
on today, (Jan. 15, 2015). At the hearing, the judge expressed
his concerns over two recent nightclub shootings that
occurred where Brown was present.
Chria Brown is still currently on probation in the 2009 assault on his
Former-girlfriend, Rihanna . Now, according to TMZ , his violation
in the case has been revoked.
At the probation hearing, the judge told Brown that there's
problems with his probation report. Those problems are the
recent nightclub shootings where Brown was present.
Brown was actually on stage in San
Jose, Calif. when a shooting occurred and five people were
hurt. It's also being reported that Brown left the county
without the court's permission to go to San Jose this past
weekend, which would violate his probation.
The judge is also expressing concern over the nightclub
shooting back in Aug. 2014. Brown was on stage at 1Oak in
Hollywood, Calif. when a shooting occurred. Multiple people
were shot, including Suge Knight .
The probation officer is recommending to the judge that
Brown serve time. He even says Brown has shown, "a pattern
of making choices that are counterproductive."
As of now there's no evidence that Brown was criminally
involved with the shootings, but evidence will be presented
during a formal hearing on March 20.
If it's determined that Brown "willfully" violated his probation,
it could result in a felony, and Brown could then go to prison.
Am getting tired of Chris brown probation ish, he should just do what it takes so he can fully be free *sigh*
