Owning a private island is just the height of real estate, it like a dream come true its just like saying you have your own country, i think that's 1 of the highest bragging right of assets acquired. An average guy can simply woo any girl or woman by simply saying these words "i have a private island" and she'll fall instantly, and most of your favourite celebs and moguls have these as assets where they rent out, go to for relaxation or vacation. Hollywood stars such as Tom Hanks, and Johnny Depp are private island owners.
